Requests for Student Data

All requests for data are reviewed for compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Once you submit your request, you and your supervisor will receive a verification of receipt via e-mail. After your request is reviewed for compliance with privacy restrictions, we will also notify you via e-mail with the decision. If your request is approved, it will then be forwarded to the analyst for processing. Approved data requests take approxmiately 7 to 10 working days to process (depending on the complexity of your request).

We do not provide labels. Requests from non-UCR constituents will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee.

If you need assistance completing this form or have any questions regarding your request, e-mail the Data Request Coordinator.
