Enrollment Management Systems (EMS) primarily serves the needs of the Enrollment Management departments (Early Academic Development Programs, Enrollment Management Communications, Financial Aid, Registrar, Undergraduate Admissions, and Undergraduate Recruitment) by producing and developing reports to meet operational needs, providing programming and analytical support on systems, and serving as liaisons between the functional departments and technical departments. 

EMS is also responsible for granting access to the Student Information System, maintaining the Operational Processing Calendar (OPC) and generating ad-hoc reports from the Student Information System.
